PROSKILLS (UK) AND NORTH COAST TAFE(NSW)
E2 Consulting work as negotiators in establishing a memorandum of understanding (MOU) between North Coast TAFE based in NSW, Australia and the UK based Proskills Sector Skills Council.

This was to establish a UK linked Australian qualifications based centre to enable enhanced mobility of employees and mutual skills recognition. The concept would assist employees in global and multinational companies who are in high risk and technical occupation sectors to take up their roles in mutual jurisdictions more swiftly.

A small family run concrete and quarrying company based in the SE of England, Brett have significant market presence. E2 Consulting supported their talent management, and recruitment across business processes by providing coaching & mentoring for the senior management team.
