SUSTAINABLE PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS
INFRASTRUCTURE SUSTAINABILITY COUNCIL OF AUSTRALIA (ISCA)
E2 Consulting has experience in developing quality standards that allow benchmarking of sustainable people development and employment opportunities. This focuses on infrastructure linked projects, although is not solely limited to these.

We have been actively involved in developing the Infrastructure Sustainability Council of Australia (ISCA) Rating Tool in collaboration with industry to drive and measure sustainability within infrastructure projects and assets. The tool can be applied to built infrastructure, but also to the planning, design and operation of infrastructure. Our purpose was to develop a new section related to ‘Workforce Sustainability’ that has been introduced to the ‘Social’ theme area of the Version 2 of ISCA Standards.
COMMUNITY SERVICES AND HEALTH SKILLS COUNCIL (CSHISC)
CSHISC required the setting up of a complete life cycle quality assurance system to manage their Federally funded national projects to meet compliance standards. E2 Consulting devised and managed the system and the IT tools to ensure that aims were met. This ensured the considerable monies involved met individual project objectives and that government monies were accounted for.
This national compliance and funding management supported essential Community Services, Aged Care, Regional Health, and Indigenous funded projects that occured in cities and out in regional country and outback locations.
SKILLDMC
Skills DMC are the Industry Skills Council for the Resources and Infrastructure Industries (RII). Connected to industry, developing the RII Training Package which specifies the skills and knowledge required for workers to perform safely and effectively in the civil infrastructure, coal mining, construction materials (quarrying), drilling and metalliferous mining industry sectors.
